NNAU students took part in the setting of Guinness world record

Students of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University, and technological and economic college together with Mykolayiv citizens took part in the setting of Guinness world record. 

On Sunday, September the 21th, 2014, our city had celebrated the International Peace Day o the 77th anniversary of Mykolayiv region. 

In the central city stadium the Gala-concert and the setting of the world record had been held. The record was registered by the representatives of Guinness World Records. At the stadium there were about 1,200 participants, creating a "live" inscription "No war". 


Now video verification of the Record, which was taped from a helicopter and quadrocopter will go to the UK to make it into the Guinness Book of Records, as it becomes known, according to the organizers, in a couple of weeks. 


The event was attended by Chairman of Mykolayiv Regional Administration Vadim Merikov, chairman of the regional council Taras Kremin and Mayor of the city Yury Granaturov. 



To celebrate the event together with Mykolayiv citizens the honoured artist of Ukraine Viktor Pavlik, a musical-band “Southern Patrol" and the Police orchestra were invited.
